Pricing + Services

Field Verification

$125 /hour — This includes costs for travel to the home, reference photos to be taken of space to be designed, full measurements of desired space to be designed, any design issues to be taken note of within home before moving to next phase.

Floor Plan/Space Planning

$100/hour — This service is typically done after the field verification phase of the project. After measurements and codes are acquired, the designer then organizes the furniture according to the function of your space to be designed. This ensures that the individuals residing in the space will have the appropriate space necessary to move around in the most effective way.

3D Rendering

$75/hour — This service is usually asked for after space planning is complete. This is helpful for our more visual clients that would prefer to see a 3D view of their Space plan before moving into the Interior Decorating phase of the design project. This is just used as an idea and can always be altered to fit the clients needs..

Custom Art

$20/hour — Depending on the type of art, a deposit will be required for supplies. Please see picture gallery for images of custom art pieces.

Interior Decorating

$100/hour — This service is normally used after Space planning or receiving a rendering. We will begin budgeting, gathering and shopping for decorations and furniture during this time.

Home Staging

$150/hour — This service is typically used after the Interior Decorating phase. After all concepts, ideas, shopping, ect has been completed and acquired, the designer can the come to your home and stage the desired rooms discussed into a Pinterest worthy picture.
